The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission has designed an activity for aged care services to undertake aimed at improving staff awareness of the need to deliver care and services that are individualized and culturally safe. This is in line with improving outcomes for consumers and treating consumers with dignity and respect as expected within the Aged Care Quality Standards.
